Founder
Jon brings over 21 years of Linux systems experience and 15 years of payment processing expertise to every project. As a self-taught systems administrator running production servers since 2008, he's built high-availability infrastructure for telecommunications, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce businesses across Canada. When he's not architecting database clusters or automating deployments, he's exploring how AI can solve real business problems.
Karen Fifield
Junior Systems Administrator
Karen supports our Odoo implementations through systems testing, data migration, and infrastructure monitoring. With training in systems management and cybersecurity from Trios College, she brings a methodical approach to quality assurance and technical documentation. Karen is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of Fredericton.
