Email Deliverability Audit
Emails landing in spam? We'll check your DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration, and sender reputation. You'll get a plain-English report explaining what's wrong and exactly how to fix it.
Includes: Full technical audit, written report, step-by-step fix list.
What We Check
DNS Records Your domain's foundation. We verify that your MX, A, and CNAME records are configured correctly and pointing where they should.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) Tells receiving servers which mail servers are allowed to send email on your behalf. Misconfigured SPF is one of the top reasons emails get flagged.
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) A digital signature that proves your emails haven't been tampered with in transit. Missing or broken DKIM is a red flag for spam filters.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) The policy layer that ties SPF and DKIM together and tells receivers what to do with emails that fail checks. We make sure yours is set up and actually working.
Sender Reputation Your domain and IP addresses have a reputation score. If you've been flagged, blocklisted, or associated with spam, we'll find out.
Email Headers We analyze actual emails from your system to see what's being sent and how it looks to receiving servers.

- Multiple mail services conflicting with each other
- Blacklisted IP addresses from shared hosting
- Missing reverse DNS (PTR) records
- Emails being sent from unauthorized subdomains

What Happens After
You'll have everything you need to fix the problems yourself, or hand the report to your IT person or hosting provider.
If you want us to implement the fixes, we can do that too. Typical fix implementation runs $200 to $500 depending on complexity and how many services are involved.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the audit take? Usually 2 to 3 business days from when we receive access.
What do you need from me? Access to your DNS management (or the ability to export your current records), and a few sample emails sent from your domain.
Will this fix my bulk email marketing problems? This audit focuses on transactional and business email. Marketing email deliverability involves additional factors like list hygiene, engagement rates, and content. We can discuss that separately if needed.
What if my emails are fine? Then you'll have documentation proving your email authentication is properly configured. Good for peace of mind and useful if you ever need to troubleshoot later.
